On the bonus screen you see the offer amount and, beneath it, a line about playthrough that most players skim past. That single line decides when the money at stake in a Spinbit NZ offer becomes yours to take out. Misread it and you can clear the whole thing and still find the withdrawal blocked.

Activating the Bonus

Claiming happens in a fixed order, and skipping a step can leave the offer inactive without any error message on screen. Follow the sequence below each time you take a new deal.

1. Create or sign in to your account first. A bonus is tied to one account, so a second profile will not carry the offer across. Use the same details on every visit.
2. Open the promotions area before you deposit anything. The offer has to be attached to your account while the balance is still empty, or the payment will count as plain cash.
3. Pick the offer that matches how you play. A slots-focused deal and a table-focused deal will not accept the same games toward the target.
4. Enter the code shown on the offer page if one is listed. A missing or mistyped code is the most common reason a claim shows as pending and never lands.
5. Make the qualifying deposit from your own payment source. Money sent from another player’s account breaks the rule that each balance belongs to one person.
6. Wait for the bonus to appear as a separate figure beside your cash. If it is not there before you start playing, pause and settle it with support.
7. Start on a game that counts fully toward the playthrough. A game list sits on the offer page, and only the titles on it move the counter forward.

The order of these steps matters more than speed, and players who rush the first three often end up with a dead offer. Signing in first means the system can match your account to the promotion before money arrives. Opening the promotions area second means the deal can be attached while your balance is still clean. Entering the code in the right field is what makes the claim register; a code pasted into a notes box does nothing. The deposit itself should come from a source in your own name, because shared payment details break the single-account rule. After the payment, the bonus appears as a separate figure, and that separation is what lets the site tell bonus money from cash. Starting on a listed game sounds obvious, but players who open an unlisted title straight away can burn through spins that never counted. Each of those points is a check you can run in seconds, and together they keep the offer alive from the first spin.

What the Terms Mean

The table sets out the main conditions in plain words and points to what you should confirm on your own screen before playing.

Players most often misread game weighting, treating every spin as equal when only some titles count in full. A long session on a partly weighted game can leave the playthrough almost where it started. That is why the offer page lists titles in order of contribution rather than alphabetically. A game at full count moves the counter with each stake, while a partly weighted one adds a smaller share of the same amount. Table and live games sit lower still, and some add nothing at all. Reading that list before your first spin is the difference between a target you clear and one that outlasts your balance. The counter in your account is the honest measure, and it should move after each counted stake.

A Worked Example

The example below uses an illustrative deposit of 30 and a playthrough of x45 on the bonus amount. These are round numbers chosen to show the arithmetic; they are not the terms attached to a Spinbit bonus.

Start with the formula for the money you must stake. Take the bonus amount and multiply it by the playthrough figure. With a bonus of 30 and a factor of 45, the product is 1,350. That figure is the total stake the terms ask of you.

Now treat that total as turnover, not as a loss. Each counted spin adds its stake to the running total, whatever the result. Small spins add small amounts, and large spins add more but carry more risk. The counter moves the same way either way.

Suppose you stake 1 per spin across counted games. Reaching 1,350 would take 1,350 spins at that size. In practice you will vary your stakes, which changes the count of spins but not the total needed. Bigger stakes shorten the number of spins and empty your balance faster.

Expected losses matter here, because turnover is not free. A game keeps a share of every stake over time, so a long playthrough carries a cost even when winnings land. The higher the turnover, the more that share adds up. That is why a large multiplier on a small deposit is rarely the easy route it looks like.

Now add a maximum bet cap to the picture. If each stake must stay under a set level, your plan has to fit inside it. Going over the cap once can void the bonus and its winnings. Say the cap is 5: staking 6 on a single spin breaks the rule even if every other spin was small.

Game weighting changes the arithmetic again. A title that counts half adds only half of each stake to the counter. The same 1 staked on it moves you half as far as on a full-count game. A session split across both will take longer than the numbers first suggest.

Finally, run the example with a larger deposit and compare. A deposit of 60 under the same factor doubles the turnover you owe, not the value you get. Work out the total before you opt in and compare it with the time you plan to play. If the figure looks heavy, a smaller qualifying deposit gives the same offer on lighter terms.

Cashing Out Bonus Winnings

A withdrawal request pulls only from the cash part of your balance. Bonus money stays behind until the playthrough is complete, so a request made mid-run will not include it. Splitting the two figures in your head before you click is the first step.

The account usually shows two balances side by side. The cash figure is yours to request at any time, minus any rule tied to the offer. The bonus figure is locked until its conditions are met. Confusing the two is the usual source of a failed request.

Identity checks can fall due at the first withdrawal rather than at sign-up. Have your documents ready before you request, because a pending check holds the whole balance, not just the bonus. A name or address that differs from your payment source will stall the process.

Withdrawing cash while the bonus is still live can cancel the unused part of the offer. Some deals stay open and others close the moment cash leaves the account. The rule for your deal sits on the offer page, and it decides whether a small test withdrawal costs you the rest.

Once the playthrough target is reached, the bonus figure converts and the whole balance becomes requestable. Until then, any request covers only the cash you brought in. A few players ask for a withdrawal expecting the bonus to follow; it does not.

Withdrawing everything and then opting into a new deal is a common habit. Check whether an active offer has to be finished or forfeited first. Forfeiting can wipe the bonus and anything won from it, so finish or drop it deliberately.

Keep one source of funds for both deposits and withdrawals. A payout sent to a method you never used for a deposit can be held back, and the delay applies to the full amount. The same account rule that applies on the way in applies on the way out.

How Free Spins Work

Free spins are a separate award from bonus cash and carry their own small print. They arrive on named titles, and the winnings they produce follow the same playthrough logic as a cash bonus. Read the spin award as its own deal, not as an add-on.

Awarded spins usually appear on a specific game, and they cannot be moved to another title. If the names differ from your favourite, the spins still have to be used where the deal puts them. Players who have chosen an offer at Spinbit NZ can see that title before they claim. Using them where they landed keeps the award intact.

Spin winnings often arrive as bonus money rather than cash, even when the spins themselves were free. That means the playthrough applies to what you win, not to the spin itself. Treat the prize as locked until the target is cleared.

Spins come with a use-by point. An unused spin is lost when that point passes, and no reminder arrives on the day. Claiming late in an evening can leave you fewer usable spins than you expected. Finish the set in good time if you want the full value.

Stake size per spin is fixed, and you cannot raise or lower it. The award moves the counter at that fixed size, however small it looks. A long set of small spins still adds to the target, just slowly.

Some offers give a set of spins and others drip them out across days. A daily drip needs a return visit to release the next batch. Decide before you claim whether you can come back, because unclaimed batches are not held.

Spins won inside a larger bonus can share its limits. If the award came with a maximum bet cap, a spin series on a high-stakes game can break that cap. Move to a counted title at the right stake before you use them.

What Voids a Bonus

Most offers die from a handful of ordinary actions rather than bad luck. Each mistake below has a simple counter-move you can apply from the start.

• Staking above the maximum bet on a single round. Keep your stake at or under the cap and raise it only after the playthrough clears.
• Opening two accounts to claim an offer twice. Use one account, and close a duplicate before you deposit anything into it.
• Playing titles the deal excludes while the bonus is live. Check the game list first, and move to a full-count title if a session feels unproductive.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the playthrough finishes. Leave the balance until the counter completes, or accept that the bonus may be removed.
• Letting the offer pass its end point. Note the day the deal closes and plan your sessions before it falls.
• Using payment details in someone else’s name. Deposit and withdraw through a method held in your own name and no other.
• Sharing an account or letting another person play on it. Keep the login to yourself so a single identity runs the balance.

Each of these actions is checked against your history, and a single breach can be enough to remove the bonus and the winnings it produced. Oversized stakes are caught round by round, so one large spin in an otherwise tidy run still counts. Duplicate accounts are found through shared details long before a payout, which is why a second profile rarely works. Excluded games register nothing toward the target, and a long session carries the same penalty even if it looked busy on screen. Withdrawing early is allowed in some deals, but where it closes the offer, the returned bonus takes its winnings with it. Passing the end point removes whatever is left, and the counter resets rather than pausing. Payment details that do not match your account name stall the process at the point where money would leave. Sharing a login breaks the rule that one person owns one balance. Read the small print before you claim, because the rules are fixed once the bonus lands. A cap on your stake, one clean account and a titled game list keep an offer alive. When in doubt, choose a smaller deal and play inside its limits.
